This month we focus on legs!
While I am not holding weights in these photos, I do suggest you hold two heavy-ish weights for single leg deadlift. This also works well with a band wrapped around your back foot, making this a “closed chain” exercise. Also for those of you traveling this summer you can stuff a band in your suitcase, find a set of stairs or a bench and do all these moves on the road with minimal equipment! Can you go through one minute of each of these right now?
