LOVE Your Neck Workshop! This is for you if you suffer from neck and shoulder tightness, you spend a large part of your day in front of the computer, or you would like to improve your posture.
Take yourself through our R.O.S.S. neck program, releasing tightness, cueing the small organizational muscles, strengthening, then stretching your neck and shoulders.
You will need two tennis balls or massage balls, and a towel, or exercise band.
This 33 minute workshop is broken down into 1-8 minute videos. You may watch the whole thing, and do all the exercises at once, or do one video at a time. I purposely show very few “reps” of each exercise.
My hope is that you experience this as a movement exploration, rather than a “push as hard as you can” type strength program. Do a little, rest, then see how you feel.
