Powell Butte Hike this Wednesday
We are heading to the east side this week for our Wednesday hike. Meet Anne at Powell Butte tomorrow at noon for a ninety minute, 2.5 mile loop.
Eastbank Esplanade This Wednesday at Noon
Meet Anne and the crew under the east side of the Hawthorne Bridge this Wednesday August 12th at noon. We will combine stairs, some running, and strength work as we make the 2.6 mile loop.

Chair Massage at the Sellwood Westmoreland Health Fair

Tryon Creek Hike Wednesday August 5th
This week’s hike – Tryon Creek! Meet us at noon at the nature center (off Terwilliger) for a ninety minute hike. Small elevation change, high chance of mud, so wear shoes that can get down and dirty.
