About the Five: Each month I offer five exercises to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. My hope is that you will go through these on your own or with me at least three times a week.

Love Your Feet Workshop Saturday February 22nd

Do you suffer from foot pain? Are your feet in need of some TLC? This workshop is for you! Learn an easy foot care routine that includes mobility and strength exercises, and myofascial release.

What is a BOSU?

A dome shaped fitness tool that has a round side and a flat side, resembling half of a stability ball.

What can I do with my BOSU?

Standing or sitting on it is a great start! Also squats, lunges, push ups, standing yoga poses like Tree and Dancer, and Pilates core exercises like Boat, and Half Roll Back.
